Aixpats e.V. – South Asian Community in Aachen – is a registered non-profit association, founded on the initiative of individuals with roots in Pakistan who settled in Aachen and felt the need for a united South Asian community.
What began as a small circle of friends has grown into an open association welcoming all South Asians. We dedicate ourselves to fostering integration, intercultural exchange, and community cohesion.
We organise cultural, social, and educational events, support families in integration-related matters, and create platforms for children and youth to flourish. Our association operates selflessly and is driven entirely by volunteers.

Providing guidance to families and individuals on integration, education, and navigating life in Germany.

Providing support in emergencies, including organisational assistance for active members in times of hardship.
Operating as a fully charitable (gemeinnützig) association — no profit motive, all for the community.

Were you an active member but have moved away from Aachen to another city within the European Union? You can convert your membership to Passive Membership at a reduced annual fee. Passive members retain their funeral support benefit (up to €3,000, no legal entitlement, not an insurance product) and stay connected to the community, but do not hold voting rights.
